Chizobam Eze, MS, LPC-A

Chizobam Eze, MS, LPC-A, is a licensed professional counselor associate at Open Mind Psychiatry, which has locations in Richardson, Texas; Palmer, Arkansas; Oregon City, Oregon; Alexandria, Virginia; and Yakima, Washington. 

Chizobam holds a Master of Science in counseling, specializing in school counseling and clinical mental health from Texas A&M University-Commerce. With a deep passion for helping others, she entered the mental health field to provide a supportive resource for those seeking peace, clarity, and balance in their lives.

Chizobam believes therapy is a courageous step toward embracing fears and insecurities while creating space for growth and healing. She views her role as a compassionate partner, walking alongside her clients as they explore life’s challenges and work toward fulfilling futures.

Beyond her practice at Open Mind Psychiatry, Chizobam enjoys crafting, spending quality time with family and friends, and binge-watching her favorite series. While naturally extroverted, she has embraced a balance over the years, becoming more of an ambivert.
